Hot Bod ​Yoga

26 yoga asanas (postures) taught in sequence in the heat. This class is suitable for everyone and is an energizing and strengthening sequence. Low impact cardio work out - prepare to sweat, whilst toning every muscle in your body and come out feeling relaxed.

HIIT

The Tabata Method is a form of High-Intensity Interval Training in which you alternate between short bursts of high intensity training and shorter less intense recovery periods. In its most basic form Tabata is 20 seconds of hard training followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times. Hence the alternative name of the 4 minute workout (8 x 20 seconds effort + 8 x 10 second rest = 4 minutes). A number of different exercises can be used in Tabata training, the idea being to get the whole body involved and work all the major muscle groups. It is excellent for improving cardiovascular fitness, shedding fat and building lean muscle. The Tabata method was originally pioneered by head coach for the Japanese Olympic speed skating team, Irisawa Koichi, but is named after Japanese Scientist Izumu Tabata, who was the first to publish the method. According to Izumi Tabata, one four-minute Tabata session is equal to an hour of jogging, an hour of moderate cycling, two hours of walking, an hour of Zumba or two hours of yoga.

Hot Fusion

This class is for all those who love and benefit from the HotBod but are ready for a bit of diversity. Great for developing core strength and alignment but with a hint of play and not quite knowing what to expect.

Hot Bod ​Chill

This is a candle light yin yoga class taught in the warm. Prepare to relax and unwind ready for the weekend. Yin yoga is when the postures are held for longer and more focus on the breath and taking the effort out of the pose. 

Ideal for pregnant ladies from 14 week onwards. Ease those aching muscles and learn how to look after your body as the baby grows. Make time for yourself, make time for you and your baby in this very special time.

Sonic Hot

This is for all those who have been coming for a while - at least 10 classes of Hot Bods must be completed first. It's a chance to practice with music turned up and the teaching leading you through the sequence without talking- so you can go deeper into your practice.

Hot Flow ​Yoga

Vinyasa is linking the movements with the breath - a flowing sequence of asanas done in the heat. for all levels and abilities.

Thai Yin ​Yoga

This is a gentle flowing sequence that is designed to stretch and relax your body and mind. It takes a few sessions to learn the movements and they are the total opposite to the HotBod classes. Suitable for pregnant ladies after 14weeks too.
