Yin & Yang Yoga - Getting the Balance right

In this 4 week workshop we will be practicing in the heat.
The first half of the class (Yang) will be Hot Vinayasa style - where you will get the heart rate pumping, stretch out and improve your flexibility. The series will build over 4 weeks and you will see an improvement by the end of the classes.
The second half of the class witll be the exact opposite. (Yin)- you will end up in more static poses, relaxing and breathing and opening up in a whole new way.
The workshops are designed to build from the first towards the last - so its a really good idea to do all 4 of them.
If yin style yoga is hard for you it will be made easier following on from the Yang.
This series will help you develop you asana practice.
