Getting upside -down can be an intimidating endeavor. Fear of falling or looking silly can get in the way, our expectations can all too easily become frustrations. What is really involved in an inversion? Is it just about trying to mimic a shape? This workshop is designed to help you develop an understanding of the foundational elements of handstand, headstand and forearm stand. We aim to provide you with training tools to build body awareness, strength and functional mobility needed to invert and a safe environment to ask questions, try new things and face those fears that make the process seem daunting. All levels and abilities are welcome to attend
Workshop includes: -3 hours of educational tips, tools and tricks to help deepen your inversion practice. -Two teachers to spot and adjust. -Each workshop is adjusted to fit the unique diversity of the individuals in the group. -Everyone attending the workshop will receive an e-mail with an inversions workout and video links to the exercises in the workout.
